Look at the three current “experience” categories below. Which one are you in now? Choose that one and read on for advice…

1: In suffering or pain

Accept the past. You didn’t make any mistakes -- every choice led you to this precise place for learning the lessons that have brought you this wisdom! And wisdom is what your soul sought out to find. Forgive your “trespasses” and others who have “trespassed against you.” For this has also given you the gift of wisdom. Forgiveness will free you. No matter how hard it is to do today, change your mind and focus your thoughts on what you can be grateful for. This starts the lifting of your vibration and brings your true heart’s desires closer to you.

2: Feeling lost or confused

When walking through the mists of life, not being able to see too far ahead or not even knowing where or what you truly want anymore is the precise time to take a rest and not press for answers. Rest, nourish yourself in some way, and wait for the clouds to part. You will see the path ahead and be refreshed for the next part of the journey.

3: At peace

Give thanks. Be in gratitude and expand this very blessed feeling! Allow it to radiate outward to others in your community and world. See yourself as the light in the darkness, radiating what is possible. You are a being of light and a hope-holder for others. Let it shine and do not hide it for fear of judgment from others. Keep this memory alive within you to remind you during times when peace eludes you that “this too shall pass” and the dawn of peace will come again.
